Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at coisfarraigerobes@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will guide you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not offer paid postage of returned goods or reimbursement of shipping fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original zip lock packaging.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you cannot return a product 30 days after 

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit or that do not reach us for any reason and we will not offer a refund under any circumstances unless we receive the item. The return of an item and ensuring it is delivered is solely the responsibility of the sender. Items should be returned using a trackable, signed for delivery service. All returns must be made through a courier service. We do not offer face to face returns or accept returns from anyone who is not a licensed courier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We can offer exchanges on some items and we will send a replacement free of charge. If this cannot be accommodated we will issue a full refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
